  1. Down is on the Reorganize menu of the Outline menu. Down moves the selected headline down one place among headlines at its same level. It does not change the level of the selected headline. You can also move a headline by positioning the pointer to the left or right of the selected headline, holding down the mouse button, and then dragging down.
